The mission of Birth Brite is to deliver hope and joy to children experiencing foster care.
Member of Board
Amy Heydlauff is a registered nurse with a masters degree in health service administration. She is the retired CEO of 5 Healthy Towns Foundation, which serves portions of Jackson, Ingham, Washtenaw and Livingston Counties.
Amy’s interest in caring for foster and adoptive families is the direct result of her siblings and children adopting multiple children from age 5 months to four years. Her interest in Jackson County and surrounding communities was ignited by Kourtney Finnerty, who introduced her to multiple programs serving foster children, their foster and birth families.
Amy is honored to serve as a board member and minion, fully supporting the two sisters who initiated and run this important effort.
